Welcome Outdoor Adventure Expo vendors!

The Downtown Hawley Partnership wants to promote regional vendors, nonprofits, and businesses that specialize in outdoor and recreation-related products and business while highlighting the beautiful and natural assets of the Lake Wallenpaupack & Pocono Mountains area.

Not only are we looking for makers, businesses, nonprofits and vendors to setup a stand/tent to showcase their offerings but also offer free workshops. Topics such as historic walking tours, kayaking, boating, fly fishing, hunting & trapping, elements of nature, cooking demonstrations, outdoor games & activities, beekeeping, backpacking, camping, atv riding, etc. Don’t forget about all those Winter activities as well!

The event will be held in Bingham Park during the Hawley Harvest Hoedown on Saturday September 30th and Sunday October 1st from 10am until 5pm. This is a rain or shine event.

We have lots of activities and events planned throughout town during the weekend and hope we can include YOU! The Outdoor Adventure Expo as part of the Hawley Harvest Hoedown will be a free-admission event to help promote commerce & tourism in our area. The expo will also serve as a fundraiser to aid in the economic development initiatives of the Downtown Hawley Partnership.
